Erica is extremely knowledgeable and a very talented body worker. She can give you an excellent therapeutic massage, OR use her rapid reset techniques to help with pain, injuries, and traumas. If you have aches and pains that other massage therapist have not given you much relief, you owe it to yourself to see Erica.

My first massage outside of physical therapy. I wanted something a little more than a massage, but I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into with bodywork. Turns out, this was exactly what I needed. I have chronic pain my doctor has been throwing anti inflammatories, muscle relaxers, and pain meds at without relief. I walked out of this first appointment with minimal pain. My range of motion is better than it's been in years. I feel good and want to go be productive rather than sit in my recliner. Looking forward to my next visit and hoping for long term relief.

Erica is the best! Her knowledge of the body is truly impressive. She not only understands what could be causing the pain you're having, but exactly what to do to fix it. I've wasted time in the past going to chiropractors and physical therapists, but now I just go to her whenever I'm having an issue.

My first visit with Erica to help with severe migraine and piriformis pain and shoulder pain was a success! She knew exact pressures and was very helpful in making sure I was okay throughout. I will definitely go back!

I left the office feeling amazing! And I slept that night without any aches! The next morning felt a little stiff but had no aches or pain in my back or knee which has been hurting for at least 10 years.

Erica knows how to work the muscle groups properly to get you moving correctly. I highly recommend her to anyone who is having decreases in mobility.

Wonderful as always

I’ve had a lot of massages before, but never a bodywork appointment. For transparency, I booked this appointment on the 1 year anniversary of my mom’s passing because I knew I’d need support. Jack was amazing. He was communicative and let me know what I should do and when to get the full benefits of our body work session i.e. pushing my elbow or arm a certain way and holding the resistance during my inhale before completely releasing on my exhale to fully feel the release in tension. I’d rate 10 stars. Working in tandem during the first part and then fully relaxing after was fantastic.
