Another wonderful session with Jess. I slept so well last night after having a little period of 3am wake ups (thanks hormones). I also noticed that despite my wake up call being my boys being less than friendly to each other, I was able to be calm and deal with it with kindness. I really don't know what I'd do without my regular monthly time with Jess, it helps me feel balanced, calm and the best version of me. Thanks so much, Jess.

Jess' treatments are simply wonderful. She is so calm and patient and puts you at complete ease. I always sleep better after my treatments and it's helping other perimenopause symptoms such as brain fog and mood swings. I find I'm more resilient to life's little challenges after my sessions too.
