First time I have used this acupuncture service & I plan to use it again. Richard is very friendly and tailored my treatment to suit. Excellent! I have visited Physios and Chiropractors in the past with no one alleviating my symptoms or offering a solution. So just put it down to menopause and age. I googled for someone local to me to try a lymphatic drain. XForce popped up! I am so pleased it did! Lyndsey explained everything, the treatments was good and I felt the benefits. During the treatment I felt tender & tight in a lot of muscles so I have recently been for a sports massage. I did not realise how tight my muscles were. I m not going to lie it brought tears to my eyes however walking back I strode out and felt good,

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards! Lyndsay is amazing at what she does, very professional and talks you through everything. Went in with a very painful back neck and shoulders that had built up over years and after the first session my muscle pain had more of less gone.
