Grace is a truly skilled therapist. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident from the start, and she intuitively found and treated areas of tightness and tension I hadn’t even realised I was carrying. Ive had back pain for the last 6 months, tried resting, physio, but didn’t resolve it. Went to Yakushi and the problem has much improved, now playing walking football again and doing long bike rides which I had to stop previously. I feel Ive got my life back 😀

Back and neck pain problems … . I’ve tried osteopathy, physio and reflexology i was recommended to the Yakushi healing centre. I can honestly say that the treatment provided by the centre is great…. An improvement and pain relief was noticeable straight away . I will continue to use the yakushi healing centre whenever my back is aggravated or acts up

Excellent! I have visited Physios and Chiropractors in the past with no one alleviating my symptoms or offering a solution. So just put it down to menopause and age. I googled for someone local to me to try a lymphatic drain. XForce popped up! I am so pleased it did! Lyndsey explained everything, the treatments was good and I felt the benefits. During the treatment I felt tender & tight in a lot of muscles so I have recently been for a sports massage. I did not realise how tight my muscles were. I m not going to lie it brought tears to my eyes however walking back I strode out and felt good,

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards!
