Fantastic appointment carried out by Lisa at Omni Therapy. I arrived with uknown Neck pain that had been bothering me for a week or two. Lisa used numerous techniques to ensure not only my neck muscles but my whole back was worked on and loosened up. I walked out feeling great and woke the next morning feeling alot better than the weeks before,l being able to move my head correctly and also felt alot better while driving in my lower back areas. Thank you Lisa. Greatly appreciated.

Amazing appointment with Lisa, I booked for a 1 hour treatment massage and based on my issues she tailored a treatment including Cupping & Gua Sha aswell as a normal aromatherapy massage & I left feeling so much looser and lighter. Would definitely recommend!

I run long distances and had been suffering for more than a year, with a hamstring and knee pain which would come and go. Previous " therapists" had told me it was probably sciatica.I visited Kamila for an assessment and treatment and she put me through a series of mobility tests.Straight away she reassured me it's not sciatica or hamstring tear. I've done 5-6 sessions with Kamila until last week. The improvement has been drastic and last Saturday I ran a 50 mile trail race, with absolutely no pain and no issues. I was training for this race for over a year and I'm greatful to Kamila.

The knowledge Kamila has is unbelievable. She can diagnose the issue and give you exercises to strengthen or balance out any issues you have. As long as you follow what she says it's going to work.

Kamila is wonderful. She will put you at ease by explaining what needs to be done that will be the most beneficial for her clients. She has done wonders for my knee which will help pre op and post op too due to the excercises she gives you. Kamila has a lovely room that is relaxing and she is happy to chat about anything that is concerning you. 10/10 Would highly recommend her. Well done Kamila.

I went in with a tight lower back at least i thought thats what my issue was. I explained it to the best of my ability and Kamila noted everything down to identify my issue. She started working on my back and quickly identified the issue and helped relax the muscles. I left with so much knowledge about the body and as well as feeling great. I'm writing this review after my training session and my back has never felt so relaxed and released. If you have any problems I 100% recommend you book an appointment, your eyes will be opened by how much better you will feel.

Visited Lisa due to a recurring dose of Sciatica. This time she treated me with Subcutaneous Needling and I have to say I am a complete convert. It is different to usual accupuncture but for me it was more remedial with the accute pain. Looking forward to my next visit x

Always happy with Kamila she does a great job. Lovely ambience in her therapy room & she explains everything to you regarding excercises to do till your next session which have helped so much. I would highly recommend her for helping to alleviate a painful knee joint and more importantly getting my muscles ready for knee surgery in a few months. 10/10 Thanks Kamila 😊

Lisa is an amazing therapist, she listens and really tunes in to what you need, treating the whole person and not just the symptoms. I always come away not only feeling physically and mentally better but with a wealth of ideas to help me beyond the appointment in everyday living.
