I attended the women's Somatic Breathing Workshop and it was great. Natalie explained the theory first and told us what to expect, making us feel at ease. The practice of somatic breathing is a very intense experience, and although you're lying down, quite physical. I found it released a lot of emotions. I would defo do it again!

IEMT such an interesting experience that I'm sure to have again soon. Natalie created a very relaxing, and professional setting allowing me to open up and release what was inside. Highly recommend am already booked in for a Breathwork session......Cannot wait!

Although I have attended some breathwork sessions before , it was my first time with you and felt a little anxious . Especially as it ended up a one to one session 🫣 But it was all good . Despite my lack of sound and focus ! I will definitely attend again sometime . Very interested in the therapy sessions too .

Natalie is an excellent teacher. This was my first session and introduction to Somatic Breathwork, and I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was in a group of 6 or 7 people of varying experience, but there's no pressure and Natalie encourages you to go at your own pace. The session is well guided and Natalie explains the whole process before and during. The seesion is topped off with such a beautiful ending, I won't even spoil it.

I have been to a few of Natalie's men's Somatic breathwork sessions. They are held with a small group of men that each bring something different to the sessions. Natalie is a great therapist, very calming and trustworthy and I take something new away from each session and each time I allow myself to go even deeper with the knowledge that Natalie has the experience and expertise to step in if she feels that I need any assistance. I'm looking forward to future sessions.

First experience of Reiki I was little nervous, as suffer with awful anxiety. I felt relaxed and at ease instantly. The reiki treatment was relaxing and a beautiful experience. The after effects even more beautiful anziety is reduced I have more energy and feel less weighted down with depression. Natalie is just wonderful and holds the reiki energy beautifully. It has also opened up space to allow anticipatory grief due to loved one having Dementia and allow time space to allow the flow and the layers of grief to flow little more gently.

Natalie is great . I felt a strong connection with her and completely supported and heard during my sessions . I have no idea how this works but have definitely noticed a shift in how I feel . So grateful for the opportunity . Thank you Natalie

This was my second time talking part of one of Natalie's breath work sessions. I was less anxious this time as I knew what to expect but brought with me alot of mental baggage. To say it was a completely different experience would be an understatement but I brought lots of positivity from this session. I have full trust in Natalie and her ability. I'm looking forward to the next session.

An amazing session in a perfect venue, Natalie is a natural practitioner who ensures calmness, compassion, sensitivity and understanding. The somatic breathing class was totally guided and was way more impactful than I imagined, and I imagined it to be quite impactful! I felt safe and came away totally blissed-out (shame life gets in the way) but I look forward to the next group. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to battle stress, but also for those just looking for something extra for their wellbeing, totally worth it. Natalie will make you feel better.
