Chloe is the most honest physio I was in a real state and rang last minute and she saw me straight away. Chloe didn’t charge me as the problem was too deep seated and she said I should go to hospital, not many physios would do that. Seven hours in A and E wasn’t enjoyable though. Thanks Chloe, five stars 👏

I’ve been going to Chloe now for a few years and in my opinion she is the only physio that truly reads the body and treats it accordingly no one treatment is ever the same my lower spine was giving me great concern and impaired movement and in one session she hasd recognise a bulging disc that was pressing on the nerve on my spine she was able to correct it and instantly bring me relief and feeling back to my legs. She is a truly remarkable lady that has trained for years in her field & truly knows her stuff it’s why I’m prepared to travel an hour for my treatments 💓

I’ve struggled for years with tight hamstrings, hips, calf and foot cramps, and lower back pain. Today I had the best treatment I’ve ever experienced at Body + Soul Wellbeing Clinic, techniques I’ve never had before that made an immediate difference. I finally feel like I can move properly again. I’ll definitely be back and am hopeful of getting back to pain-free running.
