Kaye is a Beautiful person and has a lovely energy. She puts you at ease straight away. The room was lovely, cosy, warm and welcoming. The reflexology therapy was a wonderful treatment . I would highly recommend it.

I had the aromatherapy and hot bamboo massage . After a super stressful week I saw the angel ray sign and realised what I needed was some self care . I had my 2nd auriculartherapy session with Kaye. The aim was to reduce pain, lymph drainage and genneral wellbeing. Having had viccario ear seeds in for a week I have noticed a big difference in my body in such a short time. The pain in my back knees and legs have decreased and the swelling in these areas have reduced slightly. My bladder seems to be working during the day and it is less during the night. Iwas surprised that my sinuses and chest cough is easing. Generally I feel better in myself thanks to kaye. seeds were replaced this week. This is not a cure but helps my condition.

I went to Zensations for the first time yesterday, and had the nicest aromatherapy and hot stones massage, personally tailored for me. In the consultation I chose 3 things from a list of what I'd like help with, I chose pain, uplifting mood and virus recovery as I've been under the weather. The lady then selected 5 essential oils and let me smell them before making my own blend. She really took her time and made it such an amazing experience, i can't rate her highly enough ✨️

Great place to go and enjoy 1 hour of relaxation

I was bought a voucher for my birthday and used it as part payment for a 1 hour aromatherapy massage. Sally really put me at ease when I arrived and the room was lovely and relaxing. The oils used for my massage were specifically chosen to meet my individual needs and the smell was amazing. I had a whole hour of massage and felt so good afterwards. I rang my husband and told him if anyone asks what I want for Christmas then tell them more vouchers! I will definitely be making another appointment with Sally for massages in the future.
