Great sports massage and therapy with Charlie. Provided lots of exercises to do after my appointment and really improved my shoulder mobility just in one session. Highly recommend

Had 3 sessions with gaz, just booked a forth with him, 1 hour sessions each and after every hour I'm seeing a difference in my knee. Even follow ups outside of sessions via whatsapp if im stuck with stretches etc. Really friendly and a pleasure to chat too during my sessions. Very professional and well worth the time and money. Would 100% recommend him for anyone who needs physiotherapy. Can't recommend him enough!

Great first experience of a sports massage, after years of having normal massages I think ill be sticking to sports massage, I came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Gareth was professional and put me at instant ease, would highly recommended and I will definitely book again.

My 1st appointment with Hannah today. Went for acupuncture for neck and shoulder pain. Hannah put me at ease straight away. Explained the process and was very easy to tall to. The relief I got from my very 1st session was amazing. I look forward to seeing Hannah again to continue my treatment. Thanks Hannah! 😍

Charlotte was amazing. I've been fighting doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists for over a year now to help me with my back pain. I've always felt like they just want me gone as quickly as possible. Charlotte actually listened to me which was like a breath of fresh air. She given me exercises and some possible reason for my pain. Which is more than anyone else has given to me to this point. I'm very grateful and hope this is the beginning of the end of my pain.

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage and made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Gaz was able to locate and work on spots where I held tension very easily while also staying In constant communication to ensure I remained comfortable. I prefer a very firm massage (which can be hard to find someone to accommodate my needs) but Gaz easily achieved the required pressure. I suffer with chronic pain everyday and I am usually popping painkillers like smarties. So far, I am yet to take any due to my pain levels being currently tolerable since my treatment.
