Andrea was excellent at explaining the process and putting me at ease as it was my first time. Feel loads better, it really is worth doing if you suffer with bloating and other digestive problems. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit. I was put at ease and felt relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be coming again and if you are reading this thinking should I book...yes you should. I feel great 👍

Pennie is really professional and very welcoming. She applied the right amount of pressure and really got to the problem. She also gave me some great advice on what I should / shouldn't be doing, to aid the healing process. I am confident my massage will have helped with my hamstring injury.

I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

Penny is a brilliant at giving me a sports massage . I would highly recommended her.

I have been to Pennie 3 times to try and ease the stiffness around my right knee following a total knee replacement. Her knowledge is second to none and I can honestly say that although the massage hurts a little and is sore for a couple of says afterwards it has really helped me. She has also taken the time to explain the best excercises for my knee .
