Today I attended my third PRP treatment. I am very pleased with the results after two months, especially as Sophie informed me that things start to usually happen around the 3 to 6 month mark. My hair appears to be a lot thicker, and it appears to have growth in areas that previously hadn’t. Once again I want to thank Sophie, for her professionalism, knowledge and great advice.

A wonderfully comprehensive, considerate and comfortable experience, with Sophie having carried out an initial assessment and set out treatment options relative to my desired outcomes. I was blown away by her expertise, knowledge and attention to detail. There's no hard sell, and why would you when you know your subject area and the attentiveness and value you can add to a client's journey/experience. I would recommend highly and where I'll definitely not hesitate to use the clinic and its services again - keep up the wonderful work!

Sophie was supportive and approachable, and the session was generally well-structured. She communicated the key points clearly and created a comfortable environment for discussion. However, there were moments where explanations could have been more detailed, and the pace felt slightly rushed, which made it harder to fully engage with some parts of the session. Overall, it was a positive experience, with some room for improvement in clarity and depth.
