It is so nice to have a stylist who is consistent with the haircut you want. I told Val about my minor scalp issue and she was very careful during the shampoo. I am enjoying the hand lotion I bought, and decided to give my card club girls each a small bottle.

There's a reason why I keep going back to Appearances. It's because they make my hair look so good that I get compliments on it from people on the street who I don't know. Val is the colorist and stylist responsible for this behavior, and the rich glorious red she creates.
