It's always great! The girls are wonderful.They treat there customers like family. Coffee, tea, water, hot choc. They help out with difft styles if not sure what you want difft in styles. Let's think about March for St.Pattys Day. Ready for green hair for that day? Or maybe green for nails. Well if yous do get appt. In now cause they might be filled up if not filled yet they do fill up quick. Now is the time to give Appierances , a call or stop in for appt. Appierances, in Lititz. I went in to get gel nail polish removed from another salon. Val did a great job removing it with damaging my nails. I also had soo much fun these ladies are so sweet and have so many interesting things to tell you. I honestly can’t wait to go back!!

Always a friendly and great experience for my hair appointment with Val! She’s fantastic with color and cuts! Liz is always so welcoming and accommodating when you enter the salon! It’s a great place for hair care!

Val is fantastic and a wizard with my teen sons’ hair. She is a master stylist and yet so down to earth with my kiddos. They used to put up a huge fight to get their hair cut but now they enjoy going to the salon (and Liz with her basket of treats certainly influences that)!

Its always worth coming in and getting my hair done here! You all are so knowledgeable, friendly and kind! 100% the best salon I have ever gone to!

Carmen did an amazing job on my son’s very tricky hair. She was also extremely respectful of his sensory sensitivity. He dislikes getting his haircut (or any other sitting still activity) but he was quite pleased with how he looked and walked out of the salon feeling very confident!

I was worried when my long time hairdresser retired and suggested I go to ApPIERances Salon. I have not regretted my decision. Val is very knowledgeable with the hair color and cut! Liz is very helpful with scheduling appointments. Both make you feel welcome in this salon! 😊

Another fantastic visit for my two boys! My teen for a perm, and my tween for a cut of his very thick and cowlicky hair. Val is basically a magician and is able to whip their thick and unruly hair into beautiful shape - something no other salon has managed before.

8-22-24, My experience was great! To all people out there Yous need to try Appearances and barbering salon. It's very neat, nice, clean, and the woman, are excellent, to work with. You get very nice service, they offer coffee, hot, and cold tea, hot choc, water. Lots of flavored hot tea to pick from. After your service and you put in a review the next time you go back to get to choose a gift, and they offer a treat. Val is looking for salon people to work on hair, nails, pedicure. Soon time for back to school so start thinking of a new cut for the fall season. That includes all men, boys

What a wonderful experience! This salon is very friendly and so much fun! They made my day! At mid-life I’ve been struggling to get my limp, baby fine hair to grow. I went to freshen up my blond with foils and a trim. Not everyone has the skill to effectively deal with my hair type. My hair looked amazing! And I walked out with product samples, advice and ideas for styling my hair, and plan to maintain and grow my super fine locks. I think this was the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Also you have to see their ocean floor!

I enjoyed talking to my hair stylist while getting a haircut and afterward enjoyed a complimentary refreshing drink. Thank you for being a great hair salon! Until next time.

I normally don't like barbers (or writing reviews) but the owners of this establishment go above and beyond in creating a welcoming atmosphere. They offer fresh hot coffee, pleasant conversation, and of course a great hair cut. In short I can easily recommend apPIERances to anyone.

As always, a wonderful experience and great service. Got the winter doldrums washed out of my hair with a glorious rich red color, fun pixie cut and eyebrow shaping and wax. They even gave my arthritic hands a treat with a hot paraffin wax dip. Go and get yourself looking good and feeling great. Wouldn't trust my head to anyone but Val at ApPIERances.
