i went again to get my hair colored, yuji was really good. i wasnt able to get the color i had initially wanted due to existing dye i had before. but he worked with what he had and i love my hair. he was very friendly and understanding when i showed up a little late due to my class going overtime. will be going again thank you!

Finally, a great Japanese hair salon on East Oahu! I had my haircut by Finca at the Manoa location years ago and I was happy to find that they had opened their second location in Aina Haina. Since it's new, the salon was clean, with plenty of natural lighting, and overall a comfortable experience. The owner was manning this salon by himself but he gives excellent haircuts as well. He understands my hair type and is a very good listener. I would definitely come here again!

Excellent hair color, haircut, wash, style, and treatment at Finca with Janine who is passionate and experienced in styling. Stylists and staff were very nice. Went in for color. Stylist worked with my thick curly hair and it turned out great. Color was just what I wanted to remove my old highlights. Would go again! 🤙🏾

I never have a bad haircut from here. I couldn't schedule with my regular stylist for the time I wanted, but it didn't matter very much bec i knew it would be fine...whoever I get never disappoints. It's always a good experience!

I needed roots colored and my haircut for an upcoming trip this week. I made a same day appointment online and it couldn’t have been easier! Jonie was my stylist and she is wonderful! Having self colored for a long time, I had multiple colors running through my roots (along with the gray)! Jonie blended color that when put on my roots, brought everything together and it looks great! I have long curly hair and Jonie definitely brought my curls back to life without sacrificing the length. I am so happy to have found Jonie and Salon Ava! I highly recommend both! Thank you Jonie!

I haven’t had my hair cut in a year and asked for layers but not to take too much length and my stylist did an amazing job! Super happy with my haircut. I wish I had gotten her name. Everyone was friendly and there was the cutest little puppy in there just cruising around, so nice.
