She listens and understands what you want in a cut. Her hair wash/massages are the best. She's so easy to talk to and get to know.

Kim is a true pro. My hair is tough. After moving to Austin area in 2006, it took me a few years and not-great haircuts to find her. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now.

Shanna has been our go-to stylist for years, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with our hair. She cuts both my hair and my teenage son’s, and every single time we leave feeling confident and looking our best. My son has very thick hair, which can be tricky, but Shanna knows exactly how to work with it—she listens to what he wants and always gets it just right.
