I have been going to Suz for over a year now and would not trust anyone else with my hair. She has supported me through my alopecia journey with so much care and real passion for what she does❤️ Her work has made me feel confident again going from integration systems to my hair growing back and having tape ins. She is so funny and easy to get on with and always makes every appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. I am so grateful to have found her when i did and couldn’t recommend her enough to ANYBODY 🥰

Suzannah was very welcoming and I felt at ease immediately within her presence. She was very professional, open and honest around my consultation. She gave me top quality advice and suggested the best method for me should I wish to proceed (which I will!) Having had previously bad experience with a hairdresser she definitely was sincere in feeling the emotions with me and really wanted to help. Would definitely recommend her experience and knowledge has put her on the map in providing this level of service within Cumbria and her achievements prove she truly is the best. Would give 6 stars!

I can't thank this lovely lady enough for what she done for me yesterday, she somehow managed to put right a terrible mess that was done by my previous "hairdresser" I walked into this lady's house feeling so down and defeated butI walked out feeling like a different woman. So welcoming and kind made me tea and coffee and put me at ease right away. I will not go anywhere else from now on. So professional an absolute star ✨✨✨✨✨

Just incredible - the way Suzi makes me feel every time i visit. I’ve had hair systems for over 13yrs & been going to HEH for 4+yrs, it’s a completely different environment to a salon, private & discreet. My hair needs are so personal, & Suzi makes it all about ‘you’ & just ‘you’ I can’t thank her enough for giving me my life back. If you’re hesitant about what to do & where to go, i’ll say this……. I trust no-one else with my hair & drive over 650 miles to HEH, as no-one has ever made me feel like ‘me’ again. I have my self-esteem & confidence back. i can never thank Suzi enough XXX
