Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

Fabulous bouncy blow dry by Lucy. All stylists are fantastic at this salon. Last time Lucy did my hair it bounced for a week. Weather may be a challenge this week. Thx Lucy very pleased.

With Mellissa and as always makes me feel so welcome and so special as she works her magic on my hair. The salon has such a friendly and warm atmosphere I always feel like I am with my friends. Mellissa, Gracie and Rhianna are truly lovely people. Came on the 24th February, once again loved coming here. Have been coming here for 18 months now and will never go anywhere else. Mellissa has transformed my overbleached, damaged hair into a much more natural look and it’s brilliant, as is Mellissa. The whole salon vibe is friendly and it’s like being in a group of friends! My daughters had their hairs cut by Kerry and Leah. They wanted a complete restyle with layers and face framing and left the salon OBSESSED with their hairs. Kerry and Leah were both so friendly, polite, professional and they listened to exactly what the girls wanted. I would definitely recommend this salon. My girls have asked if we can come to this salon every time now

Absolutely love visiting The Salon and especially having my hair done with Summer, she is always so happy, friendly and answer any questions I have. I’m back in with her again next week to get me ready for my wedding.

This was my first time visiting The Salon Costessey for a service and it was a lovely experience, the salon was nice and clean/tidy and everyone was very friendly. Got a wash/cut/blowdry and my stylist was very attentive and skilled, she did a magnificent job! I left feeling very happy and confident with my hair. Definitely would recommend The Salon Costessey to others and I’ve already booked in for my next hair cut!
