I have always come away really pleased with haircut. The salon is warm, clean and welcoming and all the staff make eye contact with you as they see you arrive. Kayla is an excellent hairdresser who listens to her clients requests. She also sees you on time.

Kayla is a great hairdresser. She really listens to what you as a client would like and she works with you to achieve the desired look for a price you can afford. She is just the perfect amount of friendly and chatty but she doesn’t talk your ear off! My daughters and I are so happy to have found Kayla!

Lovely hairdresser, friendly and polite. Really listened to what my daughter wanted 🙂. I was really pleased with my visit, it was the first time I went and it definitely won’t be the last . Kayla cut my hair and I absolutely love it. I looked around while the other stylists were doing other peoples hair and I can honestly say, all of the stylists are brilliant. Kayla is now my hairdresser, but I wouldn’t be afraid to let the other stylists cut my hair. I would recommend Serenity to everyone. Thank you
