I had the best curly hair experience ever with Francesca at Francesca Cuts Hair at The Loft Reigate! from the moment I sat on her chair I felt at ease. She truly understands curls, took time to listen, and gave me the most flattering, bouncy cut I’ve ever had. I left feeling confident, cared for, and totally in love with my hair. Highly recommend her if you want someone who really gets curly hair — absolute game-changer! Francesca is a true curly hair specialist. Book her you will not be disappointed.

After a bad experience/cut at a different hair salon the previous day, I came here for a hair fix today and was not disappointed, The ladies were all very supportive both on the phone and in person when I arrived today they made me feel less anxious about having my hair cut than I have felt in many years. (the cup of Tea I had was also perfect!) A huge Thank you to Ann Marie who did a fantastic job with my hair I'm very grateful. I will definitely be going back again as they are all very good at what they do & generally a lovely bunch of people :)

Great experience for laser hair removal! The salon is clean and welcoming. The treatment was quick and effective, with noticeable results after just a few sessions. Pricing is reasonable, too. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Lolly Ann’s Hair and Beauty Salon. The variety of treatments is amazing and they are all undertaken to the highest standards. I have had my hair, lashes and waxing done and absolutely loved it all. The staff make you feel so at ease and welcome and the salon is clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

Very calm in salon, Laura is a quietly spoken lady and puts her customer's at ease. Never in six years have I ever been upset with my hair when it's been cut.

AMAAAAAAZING, I wear a hijab and from the minute I sat down I was very comfortable and welcomed.. Francesca is an amazing person and her work is stunning, I absolutely adore my haircut, got the curtain bangs and she worked with exactly what I want, absolutely love her!
