I am so so grateful to Jenna - not only am I really delighted with my haircut, but it’s also literally the first time in my life (and I’m 34…) that I have been to a hairdressers and not found it super-stressful!! I felt really relaxed and at ease, and would even go as far as to say I enjoyed it! I never thought I’d say that, as it’s been something I have always absolutely hated 😅🙈 The lovely haircut also gave me a much-needed boost. Thank you so much Jenna! 🌟

Sharni is the absolute best, she’s the most lovely soul, calm, caring, she really listens and I’d recommend her to anyone who is curious about possible solutions for hair unhappiness. When I first came to Sharni my confidence was at rock bottom, I’d experienced significant hair loss due to grief and I was embarrassed and she just helped, didn’t judge, totally put me at ease. I’ve been on a journey with her expert advise. I recommend her to others because she is that great. I also recommend her because if she feels her way isn’t right for you she will tell you. Proper genuine caring person.

I took my 6yr old daughter who is Autistic and non verbal today to have a good amount cut and I can't thank Jenna enough. She did a great job and was fantastic with my daughter and also very patient while she had a little fidget about. A lovely calm private room too. My daughter really took to her and even had a little cuddle 🥰 A big thank you!

I visited Sharni yesterday for a wig consultation. I had chosen one that I wanted online & just needed to try it & have a few tweeks. Sharni was lovely, as always, & showed me how to put the wig on, I presently wear a topper. Once on, she made sure that it fitted my head correctly & when I was happy she proceeded to show me different ways that it could be styleed. I have worn my hair with a fringe all my life & so thought to try without one for a change, one could be added later, if wanted. All through my visit Sharni was attentive, helpful, friendly & professional. I left,very, very happy !

Absolutely loved my recent visit to the salon! I had a hair consultation followed by a balayage, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The consultation was thorough and really helped me feel confident about the colour and style that would suit me best. The balayage was beautifully done — natural, blended, and exactly what I was hoping for. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and I felt really looked after throughout my appointment.
