Since moving to Windsor from the UK, I don't think people appreciate the stress of finding a new salon (I endured 2 before this find!)! Elysian is such a lovely salon, the sisters who own the salon and the girls working are all so welcoming and fun to spend a couple of hours with. I leave with the most beautifully done nails after each visit! thank you so much!

I can give 4 stars over all. The receptionist is friendly, place very nice, amazing products and Maha who performed my haircut and blowout was super, she's friendly and very detailed, performed very well. She is learning and took her time, also asked other hair stylist to assist and make sure everything was done correctly which was amazing from her. My only concern was that I should have been asked if it was okay for me to have my first haircut in there performed for someone who was learning before I get into the chair. I just found out that after ;)

I had the greatest experience with Hiba. My previous hairdresser messedbup my highlights. I looked like a skunk !! Hibachi took the time to explain what she would do to remove the heavy colour and gave me amazing highlights. She is an excellent colourism!! Thanks Hiba 😊

I had a really good experience here! The staff were polite & friendly. I had my hair washed, cut and styled. The hair wash was gentle and thorough. The hair cut was perfect, exactly what I wanted! Im fussy with my hair and I was made to feel at ease during my first visit today. The hairdresser checked throughout as she cut that she was styling it as I wanted. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back! So easy to book online too!

What a beautiful friendly stylist! This was my first visit to the salon and I had a total hair make over. it’s absolutely fabulous. I feel like a new girl! Katherine is a miracle worker. Completely restored my hair the way it was before. Maria at the salon is incredibly talented and a great hairdresser. She is also so kind and caring and I love having her do my hair. Every time I visit, she always impresses me with her work. Great facility, welcoming staff!!! A must needed addition to the outlet mall. They are very accommodating to specific client needs as well, such as private room for hair services/ face threading. Reasonably priced as well. Much needed addition to the Windsor Outlet Mall. Will definitely be back regularly.
