She’s amazing at communicating and really takes the time to understand what you want, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. It’s honestly so nice to have a stylist who truly gets you.

I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

Eco is an attentive, talented and friendly stylist who gives amazing haircuts to both myself and my husband. She is knowledgeable, kind and gentle, and her work speaks for itself; she listens to her clients and gives us exactly the cut we want. My guy is picky picky about his stylists, because he used to end up with cuts that were way shorter than what he asked for; however, with Eco there is absolute trust that she won't take off more than he wants, and he always comes home looking hot! :) I was also impressed by Eco's expertise and understanding of my Chinese hair, and I love my new style!

Ayane did my hair & I’m honestly so in love with my hair! The cut and color turned out even better than I imagined. She really paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect.
