Dylan took the time to talk to me, thoroughly assess the damage, discuss options, but also was willing to let me make the decision. As I’ve been coloring my hair for decades, I knew I needed to listen to him and it turned out so lovely! He also taught me how to use a product (that he’s doesn’t sell) to help repair. And the blow-out was so good! His building is undergoing some issues but don’t let that dissuade you! 👍👍

Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). I cant thank Erin enough for giving me such a great first haircut in GOA. Been trying to find a place to get my haircut after my regular stylist left the country I been going to different places for the past 3 years and I'm so glad to have tried GOA. I will definitely be coming back here for my regular haircut. Erin was very kind and she didn't rush she got exactly what I was asking for and copied the reference photo so we'll.
