The staff here are so lovely and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I got the lux headspa with Vai. It was a phenomenal experience that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I also got a haircut by Jannel. She did a great job! I absolutely love the cut.

I enjoyed my head spa appointment but I would prefer to select my hair product line (Goldwell for example) for my shampoo/conditioner (upsell opp) after my head massage. No silicones and it’s vegan. Also, I was looking for a big 90’s retro blowout and style. Stylist need training.

Kristy is hands down the best hairstylist I have ever been to. She listens to what you want and lets you know if she can accomplish what you want. She really cares about her clients happiness. She did a great job with my stepdaughter who has had many bad experiences with haircuts. She came out of the appointment so super happy!

The team at Lux had myself and my bridal party in on the day of my wedding. They were amazing! Mini worked with me on how to create the perfect look. They perfectly matched our visions of hair and makeup (especially natural bridal makeup!) and we had a great time. I would highly recommend booking with them for any hair and makeup needs.

The head spa at Lux is absolutely WOW. I booked last minute and Tiffany was incredible...the whole experience was 10/10. The head/scalp/face massaging is the best part, my hair and scalp felt so good afterwards too. Will definitely be back thank you Tiffany!!

Amazing experience with Maria for my first visit to Lux's hair spa. I saw Maria for a hair cut and treatment. Maria was friendly, compassionate, and extremely attentive to my needs and concerns regarding my hair. She took her time diagnosing my hair, learning about my personal care routine and made wonderful suggestions to help me achieve my hair goals. She was extremely gentle with my hair and took her time to make sure I was extremely satisfied with the end result. My hair feels and looks amazing. Looking forward to returning! Thank you :)
