Kelbya has decades of experience as a hairdresser and it absolutely shows. She handled my thick straight hair super well, closely following the reference images I showed her. She wouldn't let me leave until she had perfected the haircut! Apart from the hairdressing service, she also offered me drinks and some snacks as wel, which was lovelyl.
