Vano is always great with my son on the spectrum. Our son usually cries at the sight of the clippers so far I have been doing it by myself. He is 10 now so wanted a proper barber cut on him and although son had one tear. It was worth it. Barbers were very patient and understanding. One chocolate of my son's choice and he was happy later.

Jessie gave me a good haircut. Very polite. and his customer service skills was exceptional. I would recommend him to anybody.. I only went there as it was local to me and I had £5 off. The price of for a haircut is extortionate and a total rip-off. This is not a criticism to Jessie. The company will lose customers for the price of your haircuts. This is West Bromwich town centre. We are not in Birmingham for you to have a price uniformed around every hairdressers in the country at the same rate, Please reevaluate the current prices.

Absolutely pleasantly surprised. Our son is on the Autism spectrum and he does not like his hair trimmed, we used to do it at home in his sleep but off late he has started realising it and causing meltdowns. We went to Gould barbers on the weekend with a reservation that I made online. Didn't choose any hairdresser as I wasn't aware who would be best suited to trim our sensory sons hair without causing distress and bad experience for the future haircuts. Saif did an excellent job with him. He had a very calm demeanour and was very patient with our son. Highly recommended and will book again

I always use Gould barbers for my trim, as well as for my sons’. It has taken a long time to find a barber that listens and guides me and gives me advice on the best trim to suit me. Vano is amazing at his job and always gives me a great cut and beard trim. He is also great with my son, and I am always happy with the result. He is so friendly and listens to what I want from him. I am glad to have found him as I won’t use any one else because of how good he is.
