Booked online...arrived 3 mins early and was sat straight in the chair. Connor was genuinely pleasant, I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and as an added bonus walked out with a really food haircut, looking neat and fresh. I've been using this great Geelong business for a few years now and have always been impressed with not only the skill of the staff but the "vibe " Old School with a modern twist ..... A+ marks from me 😊

A Haircut experience to match the weather. Today, is a gusty and drizzly day.When I approached the store, I felt dusty from a big night on the town. Little did I know, my haircut would take me to an even darker place. After a philosophical debate as whether death by shark, choking on popcorn or a marshmellow, and if you had six months to live, you’d try heroin. We didn’t land on a clear answer, but if that wasn’t enough, a barber suggested death by psychedelic toad may be a good way to go, and both barbers are convinced they will die by 30. get the job ads ready for 2028/2030. Sharp cut tho.

Tom at Rex & Ross Barber in Newtown did a fantastic job cutting my son’s hair. He took his time, paid great attention to detail and the end result looked great. My son was very happy with his haircut. Tom was also very friendly and made the whole experience really comfortable. It’s always great to find a barber who is both skilled and welcoming. We’ve already rebooked and will be back in a few weeks time. Highly recommended!

Just got a fresh skin fade and I couldn’t be happier! The attention to detail was next level — clean lines, smooth blend, and a sharp finish that really shows the skill and care put into the cut. Courtney took the time to make sure everything was perfect and it shows. Easily one of the best fades I’ve had. Highly recommend if you’re after quality and consistency. Will definitely be coming back!

Totally recommend Savvas. He was amazing we have walked away more than happy with my son’s haircut. It was perfect & we have been to other barbers including Rutland St but can’t speak highly enough of Savvas at Rex & Ross Barber at Federal Mills. Will be booking there every time now. Thanks again & so glad I could leave some feedback as had intentions of finding out who owns these to put compliments & the feedback forward actually.

I travel 1 hour from Melbourne CBD just to have a haircut or beard trim with Savvas. I have medium long hair and he is a magician. The ladies at the office always compliment me after fresh trim and restyle. Lads, see Savvas for beard trim or haircut before you go on your first date!!! The missus will love it
