Great work from Andre on a body and muscle I tend to use a lot. He released greatly tightness due to running and cycling over the past weeks and loosened my back from surfing more recently. All of this in a relaxing ambiance. After a couple of day my Long Hilly run went like a breeze today.

Very happy I found André who did a great job. Mainly working on my shoulders that were very tight. André used several different techniques that helped a lot in releasing the tension even on spots that no one before released which was a total plus ☺️ will definetely come back ! Highly recommended

Bowen is a unique experience, differet to a traditional massage. I find it less invasive and more in tune with what the body needs. I had a stiff neck and could not move my head properly. Just one Bowen session helped me with the pain and relieved my muscles. A whole body bowen was a great relaxation and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Katarina is a very nice person with a calm and proffesional presence, it was a pleasure being with her.

We travel to Portugal with family and I booked a massage with Katarina. As a mom of two active boys I needed an effective way of relaxation and I found exactly what I needed. Desde o 1.º minuto deu para perceber o cuidado e o profissionalismo, o ambiente era super acolhedor, tranquilo e com aquela energia que faz o corpo começar logo a relaxar. A Katarina foi muito atenciosa, perguntou sobre dores, tensão e preferências antes de começar, o que fez toda a diferença. A massagem em si foi perfeita: pressão na medida certa, movimentos profundos mas ao mesmo tempo suaves, e uma atenção especial às zonas onde eu tinha mais tensão (costas e ombros agradeceram muito!). Saí de lá a sentir-me mais leve, sem dores e com uma sensação de relaxamento que durou dias. Recomendo!!
