Tina was absolutely fabulous. Patient, skilled and lovely to talk to - plus she gave me some great home care tips. June is also super skilled, delightful, friendly professional and FYI for those that don’t know- water in a foot spa is meant to be as hot as you can possibly handle; it does take a little time to get used to the water (like dunking your feet repeatedly like you would in a home bath). Such lovely professionals. Clean and calming environment: I’m so glad I found them. 5 stars all the way.

My hair stylist was very professional and great at listening to my needs. His highly skilled techniques plus the use of quality products resulted in a fantastic hair cut, blow wave and colour for under $200. I liked the way he also applied a complimentary hydrating hair product after rinsing the colour resulting silky smooth hair. I also loved the cappuccino even though it was served in a disposable cup. Excellent value for inner Melbourne.

Wonderful, though needs to be more clear that a hot stone massage is an option for this package please, luckily Rue was not on an amazing masseuse but very apt at identifying what I wanted. Definitely will rebook with (with her) when I'm in melbourne again.

Our group had the loveliest time at V Hotel Spa from start to finish. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The foot soak was divine and included more than we had anticipated. Everyone was very relaxed after their massages. We would definitely recommend and return!

Had a fantastic massage here in Melbourne at Elegant Thai Massage. The rooms whilst not sound proof were quiet enough. Nice music in the background. The massage therapists were both strong and intuitive and obviously trained in all kinds of massage techniques. They were very attentive and listened to requests for softer or harder pressure and were gentle on my injury sites. Really glad I went there for this wonderful massage.

I had a great experience at Balance Thai Massage in the Melbourne CBD. The service was excellent – the therapist was skilled and attentive, hitting all the right pressure points throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed and re-energized. Staff lovely, great mid week special - the foot treatment and massage were divine (great firm massage). Only downside was lack of lockers for personal items while using the pool/ steam room. Guessing most Spa visitors must stay at the hotel.
