I messaged Meg at 5pm with extremely painful sciatica pain in my lower back and she managed to squeeze me into a last minute cancellation with Bethan at 7pm who did an amazing job loosening the muscles around my lower back giving me some relief and also gave me some stretches and exercises to do at home to help it further. I’ve always experienced amazing results with Meg so trusted anyone she put me with, I’d be in good hands!

I experience ongoing shoulder and neck pain, so I regularly have deep tissue massages to help manage it. Nikki was absolutely brilliant. She really listened during the consultation and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, with all the tension gone. Excellent full body MOT helped me feel confident about healing from my current leg injury. I'm new to having needles poked in my knee and it felt a bit weird but I'm hopeful it will help the healing process. Lauren was friendly and knowledgeable and I'd be confident booking at TAP again.

Finally meet someone that has alot of knowledge on the things that we dont get told about and that I also love to talk about. Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Highly recommend any one to go with muscular skeletal pain. Thank you x

Had Achilles tendon pain lately caused by running and getting old. Bethan's sports massage has eased the pain. She strapped the injury brilliantly and has given me a new programme to work on. She is always really knowledgeable, is able to get to the cause of the problem(s) and is super-friendly.

Bethan is superb. I hurt my Achilles/calf running. She targeted my calves and has given me different exercises to try out. I came away feeling a lot better today and not hobbling. I’ve been to TAP for most of this year, originally with back pain. Bethan has helped me keep playing sport even though I’m getting too old. She knows her stuff and is always really friendly. Highly recommended for people who are active and want to keep training regularly.

Amazing! So worth a visit, the staff at Balm were really helpful, and Emma is a great therapist too. She was super helpful when I had an awkward pain in the rib owing to my pregnancy and she helped me to get comfortable in a supported position with cushions so I could still enjoy a massage. I haven't been that level of relaxed in a long time, it was just what I need. Highly recommend.

A very pleasurable and sometimes painful 90 minutes of acupressure massage with Jenna today. She really knows so much about muscle structure and how to untangle them to relieve any pain. After the initial pain I was able to relax into it and I feel so much better. I’ll sleep soundly tonight. Definitely worth five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🙌

My shoulders and arms were really sore after vigorous excercise. Jenna’s strong deep acupuncture massage was painful but unknotted them and increased my mobility. It’s another five stars from me. I can recommend OM Collective.

Jenna has a magic wand! 8 months of Discomfort and pain and after my intial 30 min session I Can not believe how much relief can be achieved In just one session. Impressed with the expertise and knowledge that was passed and explained to me giving me an educated reason behind my issue. Was Left feeling positive with a sense of well being.

I saw Jenna a week ago when I was in a lot of pain with my back and legs. After an hour of treatment — some of which was quite painful, but clearly needed — I left feeling so much better. I went back today for a follow-up appointment with no real back pain and no pain in my legs, just some tightness in my shoulders. After only two sessions, I now have no pain and much better movement. Thank you, Jenna — you are amazing!

Jenna is very experienced therapist who is great at finding the source of all problems .Very knowledgeable and professional Jenna has achieved significant improvement in pain and mobility for me. Jenna has a very positive approach and has been able to help long standing pain problems that have defeated other therapists! I definitely would recommend Jenna .
