I have qualifications in Sports Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Pilates, Biomechanics, Cellular Release Therapy and I am currently studying Functional medicine. Lucy was excellent . What started as a visit to relax ended with me leaving not limping for the first time in 3 months. Lucy had a great knowledge of anatomy and was able to work on an ongoing hip problem. It was so successful that I got home and rebooked straight away.
