Thank you to Natasha who was awesome. I had my septum and ear lobe done. She was very reassuring, really friendly and helped me feel at ease. Would highly recommend going for a piercing here and as a local to Barry, I hope to come back again some time soon!

Visited Empress Piercing Barry a few times for all my ear piercings. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Service is professional and all team are very knowledgeable.

Fantastic! Ash was so supportive to my Daughter. Fully explained everything to her, how he would working and what she could expect. Ash put her completely at ease and her piercings went without issue. Would absolutely recommend Empress Piercing Barry. 5*

My daughter wanted her helix and conch pierced for her birthday. Having previously had both her nose and her daith pierced by Lucy in your Barry shop, there is nowhere else we would go now! As always, Lucy took her time, cleaned everything down in front of us, explained the procedures and was just so lovely with my daughter (aged 13). She is already planning several more piercings and there is only one person for the job - Lucy! Thanks so much Lucy

My first piercing with Lucy and she did a great job at positioning and piercing my second tragus (to create a double tragus on one ear). As always, very happy with my experience and new piercing thanks to Empress Piercing Barry! Will look forward to the next new piercing!

Had a piercing done yesterday at Empress Piercing in Barry and Lucy was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, calming, and clearly very experienced. She talked me through everything, helped me choose jewellery options, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I left feeling so much more confident and empowered. Highly recommend Lucy and Empress Piercing to anyone considering a new piercing!

I always have a brilliant experience with Empress Piercing, but I absolutely adore Seren as she did my first piercing with Empress and now is always my first choice when I want a piercing done. I've had my helix, nostril, chest dermal and industrial done in the Barry shop, with absolutely no regrets. Everytime I come for a piercing, a jewellery change or a check in I feel so welcome and the ladies never make you feel like any of the questions that you ask are silly. They are just excellent and the environment in the shop is lovely x Thank you so much and I'm sure that I'll be back soon!

I had a great experience at Empress in Barry today. I went in to have my Helix re peirced, however they were able to still put an earring through, so I was really pleased that I didn't have to have it redone.

I got my conch pierced today and for my first ever cartilage piercing I couldn't have asked for better service. It was pierced by the manager of the store who explained the aftercare procedure and showed me jewellery to suit my style. The studio was clean and I was given clear instructions on what to do whilst being pierced so that I was safe and comfortable. Thank you so much for this great addition to my ear.

Lucy was so lovely, she made me feel really at ease before she pierced my ears and was very precise and made sure they were in the perfect spot and that I was happy with where they would go. The piercing was quick but carefully done and it meant that it didn't hurt. She was so chatty and kind, thank you so much xx I would highly recommend Empress piercing!

Ash was fantastic with my 8 year old getting her ear lobes pierced for the first time. Was so friendly and made her feel completely comfortable. Was extremely patient and went through everything with her. She left saying if she was to get more piercings when shes older, she would go to Ash. Thankyou for such an amazing experience.

I came in today as a walk in needing some help with a piercing that I had done in August 24. I changed my nose stud after waiting for the time I could however I didn't put the right nose ring in it's place which caused a iratation bump and the piercing closing due to the thinness of the ring. Lucy came to my rescue and put a new nose stud in and gave the irratation bump some TLC. I wouldn't of got myself into this trouble if I had gone into the studio for a a jewellery change. Lesson learned and hopefully this feedback encourages nobody to make my mistake. Thank you so much for your help Lucy

Had such a fabulous experience getting my nipples pierced by Lucy for my birthday today!✨ I’ve always been self conscious about my boobs & I was pretty apprehensive today. I’ve been talking myself out of getting these piercings for years! But Lucy was able to put my mind at ease & make me feel incredibly comfortable within minutes! Her calm demeanour whilst talking me through the process & explaining everything to me as she was doing it really helped. I love my new piercings! Thank you so much! Would definitely go get another piercing by Lucy again, she’s great at what she does!🫶🏻

I am super appreciative for this piercing experience - I came in to get my septum done, patience around choices and help with that was fab. I love my new septum piercing! Looks lush. I was worried about it clashing with the nose ring I already had, and then they offered to try and get a stud through, since my piercing was quite thin, which we managed! So now I have a new gold ball nose stud, to better fit with my septum and managed it in the same appointment. Just amazing, thank youuuuu !
