Cassie always gathers information about the condition of my skin on the day and then carries out the facial accordingly. It is very relaxing and my skin is always has a healthy glow afterwards. I’ve had a few facials over the years and Cassie’s are definitely my favourite

Hey 💖 I just wanted to say thank you so much for today, I was one of the models and had such a great experience. I’ve never had any treatment before, so I was a complete newbie, but I was honestly put at ease straight away. The two trainers overseeing the training were amazing, and he did such a great job throughout and you both made me feel really relaxed and comfortable the whole time ✨ It was such a positive first experience for me, so thank you again! I’d definitely be up for helping out again in the future 😊

I’d never met Lydia before and had only seen her work online, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but she instantly made me feel so welcome. She’s kind, friendly and unbelievably talented. I’ve never been someone who was really into getting my nails done, but I’ve loved every single set she’s created for me so far. I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love it. Edwina is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I always leave feeling happy with my hair. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and she consistently provides excellent service. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and take pride in her work. Visited today to get my nails done , Lydia is always lovely, a very good listener, she is accommodating with nail appointments. I love having our little catch ups and chats and always look forward to getting my nails done ! She isn’t just like my nail tech, it feels like I’m known Lydia for years, more like a best friend. Edwina very friendly and high skilled hairstylists. This time I had hair cut and the blow dry and finish was done to a very high level. Just what I asked for and more. Curls stayed in over night .
