This was my first time visiting Royal Nails and it was a fantastic experience. I came with my mother in law, she had a pedi and mani. She did shellac pedi and tried out the cats eye polish and is in love with it. She's the type of lady who always gets the same color every time, red with sparkles. I got a French pedi and a new set of solar gel nails with design and they absolutely nailed it! No pun intended! It was exactly like the picture which I know doesn't always go that way. Jashan did my pedicure this morning and I am so pleased with it. Always checking in regarding whether the water, towels, etc. were too hot beautiful declaration of loveand if I was happy with the pedicure before moving forward to painting the nails. I will definitely go back to Royal Nails and request Jashan. Thank you for such a great service.

Alisha is accommodating and compassionate. The only person id trust to laser any hair odd my body, because I can trust that her shop os clean, her tools are in top shape, she maintains her equipment and uses trauma informed care to let you know what's coming next. After my first full body laser hair removal treatment, I honestly feel the results starting. Today was my second treatment, and I know I will be seeing excellent results. The staff is welcoming and extremely professional. I would recommend this service to anyone that wants to have less body hair.

I really like the owner as a person. She is real, personable, down to earth and has a very chill vibe. I thought my pedicure was a 3/5. It was good, but wasn't great. It just wasn't spectacular and unfortunately I've had much better pedicures. Also I'm unsure if it is her idea or the pay app she is using, but starting the tipping at 45% is RIDICULOUS. Like tipping culture has gotten way out of hand if you want to start the tipping at that price. I'm rating the overall experience a 4/5 because I have a lot of respect for the owner, and I want to support local, female owned businesses.
