Mel removed a skin tag on my head today that I've had for over 10 years. Mel is patient and really calm when performing treatments, she was particularly brilliant while using heat and electrolysis to remove quite a stubborn and large piece of skin. She explained what she was doing throughout and answered all questions. We took it slowly so I could adjust to the heat. I'm pleased to say the whole tag was able to be removed and I'm now working with Mel on a follow up appointment and recovery. Brilliant experience and cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been away for a year living abroad and my hair was turned into an interesting colour my a hairdresser while I was away! Kelly sorted this out and has made me feel myself again my hair is now back to the perfect blonde that Kelly used to do before I left. I am beyond happy with my hair it looks fantastic. Ruby had the job of waxing my eyebrows and top lip that had about 11 months worth of hair she removed it painlessly and made my eyebrows look great again and my top lip hairless. I had a large Seborrheic wart removed from the side of my face near hairline. They are so ugly and NHS no longer remove them. I’d been thinking about removal for a while but was apprehensive, Donna is such a lovely person and made me feel relaxed straight away. She removed it yesterday with minimal discomfort and this morning it looks to be healing well. I can’t wait to see final results in a week or two.

Jade had a great "bedside manner" in removing my skin tags and moles. Over the course of 3 sessions, she removed around 3 dozen issues. She went in order of difficulty, starting with the trickiest, so that by the end of the session, what was left was barely visible.

I had a really positive experience at the clinic. Since I wasn’t able to have my skin lesion removed through the NHS, I decided to book here and I’m very glad I did. The online consultation booking process was straightforward, and Dr. Boghossian was able to carry out the procedure during the same appointment. Dr. Boghossian and Jaz were both professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I returned a week later to have my stitches removed, and that appointment was just as quick and smooth. The pricing was very reasonable given the level of care and service provided.

Really happy with my treatment and experience at the clinic. I was a couple of minutes late but they were very accommodating. I had a lip mole removed using a thermal pen and numbing cream was applied beforehand to make the procedure comfortable. The treatment itself only took a few minutes and was over very quickly. I’m really pleased with how the area looks already, especially considering how recently it was done.

I had Milia removal with Laila I had quite a few that needed to be removed but she was as gentle as possible with removing them, she even did me a facial afterwards and my skin felt so amazing ! Also no with the Milia removed and it's recovered from healing I am so much more confident and happy it's gone! Laila was so professional and was friendly would highly recommend to anyone

I would of prefer also for next time to remove any hairs that aren’t part of my beared. Like the nose area and in between the eyebrows. In addition forehead. Usually they remove the hairs even if I get the carbon black mask. The little blade to remove hair follicles. For next time. Good job removing the black heads from my nose. I understand no one is perfect and that blackhead come and go. But Alexa did a good job removing the ones on my nose plus she double check. My face was glowing after wards. 👍🏻 Next time can we scan my face to see my progress. Thanks.
