Another great experience at this Salon. From the hair wash right up to the final result. Tuane was amazing. She is such a skilled stylist. She listened to what I wanted and expertly executed it. Warren cuts jar like a magician and all the stylists give attention to every detail. Excellent products produce fabulous results and for the first time in years I’m experiencing colour treatments that truly cover a significant amount of grey hair. The operators massage like professionals and provide a truly papered experience. They are honestly the ONILY ones who succeed in effectively removing the band of colour around the hairline. This is no small accomplishment as my skin absorbs colour like a sponge and I’ve had to resort to exfoliating the skin and rewashing my hair in the past.

My 2 year old’s first time at an hairdresser. He hates cutting hair, so I thought this trip would be an absolute disaster. But contrary to my believe it actually went very well! The patience and kindness Jo-Ann had with him made him warm up to her and it turned out to be a good hair day lol! She was amazing with him so I am definitely sticking to her for his future haircuts :)

I just love Elite Hair. I recently had to colour my hair and for the first time EVER had to bleach my hair. Britney went over and beyond what was expected of her, testing the bleach and colour on a strand of my hair the week before. She and the team took such extra care to make sure that my hair turned our perfectly. It's an absolute treat going there every week. Keep it up Elite.

I absolutely loved every second! Her knowledge is fabulous and has made me excited about my hair again. She’s friendly without being overly chatty, which allowed me to enjoy a little nap in between. Very professional and clearly knows what she’s doing,I love that. She took her time to explain everything to me, why each step was necessary, and made me feel confident that even as someone who tends to be lazy with hair care, I don’t need to overthink it. Truly an excellent experience!

Unreal. My experience with Mel at Shag was second to none - The best there is. Love the atmosphere of the venue, the staff are all so great and so welcoming, and I loved that I got to lie down while getting my hair washed and having a head massage. Yes please! Can't wait until my next visit.
