Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

First time visiting was a bit nervous, Summer was lovely very welcoming and professional. Went in with very long hair no style and dry ends. Left the salon an hour later with a shorter cut which put the life back into it feeling happy. Highly recommended thank you Summer.

Kelseigh has made me fall in love with my hair again. She listened to my vision, talked me through how to manage the styling myself and paid close attention whilst she highlighted my hair.
