First time at this Salon and first time letting someone take care of my locs. I started them myself about 16months ago and I’ve been very skeptical to go to a salon. LuvNatural was amazing, Latifah took great care of me and made me feel seen and heard. She was really kind, professional and quick. Loved her advice and feedback when I asked for it. I had a simple wash, retwist and two strand twist. Started 10mins from arrival and was out the door at the time they had advised the session would last which was great! Really happy with the results and I will be back :)

Every stylist I’ve booked in the past always left and I always worry if I’ll select someone who will do an equally great job. But Tura lived up to the London Locs name. The wash…..10/10 The retwist…..10/10 The style…..10/10 The customer service……10/10 I left feeling quite please once again with the end result. Keep up the good work ladies 🙌🏽

Sydney did a new phenomenal job on my locs. I had initially booked a steam treatment but she recommended a detox as I had alot of buildup. Definitely was a good idea. The retwist was pretty quick and my hair looks great. Will definitely be coming here regularly!

Beautiful space and very welcoming staff. I had a wash and retwist appointment, I felt very pampered. My loctician was kind, attentive and considerate of my sensitive scalp. When she washed my hair I felt like a vip client as she took great care washing my locs! She also gave me advice and tips for looking after my locs and keeping them healthy.

I had a great experience at London Locs! I got my starter locs there and the atmosphere was very chill and I didn't feel awkward asking any questions on how to care of my new baby locs at all. Excited for my first retwist, definitely recommend!

I always have the best customer service. The team are amazing friendly and like a family. The quality of their skills to retwist and style and look after my hair is always at a very high standard. This is why they have loyal customers. I have recommended all my family members and friends to come here. They all started their journey here and are regular customers. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and creates your desired style with great attention to detail. One thing I really appreciate is that she never rushes the process. My hair typically takes around three hours, and she is always patient and focused on ensuring the final result is perfect. Her professionalism, skill, and dedication to her clients keep me coming back every time. Highly recommended!

My loctitian left also, and I was nervous about trying a new loctitian. Leisha was exceptional. High customer service and care from the off. Ensuring I was comfortable, water temperature, replacement towels. Then her +20 years loc experience was excellent. From her technique to advisory service! She even moved one of my locs and created a middle part. Attention to detail was exquisite. I was soon relaxed and would recommend Leisha and wouldn’t want anyone else working on my hair. Highly recommend Leisha’s services.

My previous stylist left and I was worried about going through the process of a stylist getting to know my likes and dislikes again. But Leisha put my anxiety at ease. She overran with client before my appointment but she made up for it with the end result. She dyed my hair superbly. And it is first time in my locking life that a locktician has advised me of how my new growth at the hairline should be maintained. She did what she called a ‘flat twist’ with my new growth instead of putting pressure on pulling it to meet the loc. Bravo..! Totally respect the knowledge and care. Thank you

Stella was brilliant! Super friendly, bubbly and really easy to chat to. I went in with an undercut that I want to grow out, and she was great at helping me decide how to reshape and blend it so it grows in properly and needs less maintenance later on. It already looks so much better and feels way more intentional. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

I came to Mai Hair for a loc wash and retwist and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service. She was proficient and knowledgeable about loc care and advised me on how to look after my locs in between appointments. Will definitely be booking again

This was a major one for me as it did the ‘Big Chop’ cutting off my locs of 9years but Glory did and excellent job and was spot on with the style that I wanted. It was a big surprise to my family and friends and they absolutely loved it 🙏🏽

This was the day of my big chop.. cutting my locs after 8 years was not an easy decision but Glory understood my vision and did it perfectly! Got lots of compliments and my wife who has never seen me with short hair before loved it!
