I’ve been coming here regularly for quite a while and I’m always very happy with the service. The staff are friendly, professional and always make you feel welcome. They often add a complimentary treatment, which is a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. Great atmosphere, excellent service and consistently high standards. This is probably my fifth or sixth time getting K tips with Aaliyah and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. My appointments are usually a little more complex because of how thick and poofy my natural hair is, and I always go blonde as well, but she gets it perfect every time. I genuinely don’t feel like myself without my K tips now 😂❤️. They’re so versatile and have completely become my signature look. Aaliyah is amazing at what she does and always makes the whole experience feel so comfortable. She’s incredibly talented, kind, and friendly, and I couldn’t recommend her more.

Abbie is incredibly knowledgable and talented and is an absolute delight. She is a master with red and ginger hair, refreshing colour in a completely natural way. Can’t speak highly enough of her!

My previous stylist left and I was worried about going through the process of a stylist getting to know my likes and dislikes again. But Leisha put my anxiety at ease. She overran with client before my appointment but she made up for it with the end result. She dyed my hair superbly. And it is first time in my locking life that a locktician has advised me of how my new growth at the hairline should be maintained. She did what she called a ‘flat twist’ with my new growth instead of putting pressure on pulling it to meet the loc. Bravo..! Totally respect the knowledge and care. Thank you

I had a restyle with Ross, who has given my such a chic bob that works so well with the natural wave of my hair. He totally understood the brief and I've had so many compliments on the cut since and I'm absolutely loving it - thank you!

As someone who hasn’t ever been able to trust a hair salon with my 4c hair, I can gladly say I was incredibly well taken care of at Chop Chop! Stella handled my care with so much care, I was consulted at every step and my afro has been trimmed to perfection. I also left with a wealth of knowledge about the best ways to look after my hair going forward. I am so grateful for the service I received today and will be back soon! Phoebe was an absolute rockstar! I arrived at the salon with a faded colour, lots of grey and root to cover and she just went beyond what I could expect with a very natural and vibrant colour! I m super happy, I will definitely come back :)

Overall it's a 3.5 but I didn't have the option to do half points so I rounded up. For reference, I have biracial hair with a mixture of 3b to 4a curls. I really loved the cut that my stylist (Demi) did. I want my hair to grow so she had to cut more than I was hoping for but she did a great job and I was pleasantly surprised. What I didn't love was the styling at the end - she kept brushing my hair which disrupted my natural curl pattern and left my hair really tight and frizzy. I was able to easily fix this when I got home by rewetting it and restyling so overall not a big deal.

The BEST experience as always with Aaliyah! Her professionalism, personality and flexibility is A1 as always! My hair is fantastic, this is my 3rd install of K—tips and I’m incredibly pleased, I know my hair is in safe hands with Aaliyah right from its natural state to the end result of gorgeous quality extensions. I’ve followed her advice and it has not steered me wrong making the upkeep and maintenance of my K-tips and easeful journey! Would recommend Aaliyah Naomi hair a thousand times over!

Lovely little salon on the Romans. Great atmosphere, very nice and professional team, amd loads of therapies available. I have seen Gozde twice and I highly recommend her. My eyebrows look perfect and my rather deep perioral wrinkles have finally been filled, giving me a very natural look. Gozde definitely has magic hands!

Jammi is good vibes, works very fast and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to hair/scalp. I got a wash and re-twist and suffer with severe scalp issues (which was handled with care.) Service was immaculate and I would most definitely recommend. 10/10 will be visiting again.
