Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

This was my first appointment at Stretched Glasgow. A great space and setup. Lewis was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Every stretch was explained to me fully. This is next level stretching that you just can’t achieve by yourself. Highly recommend, looking forward to my next visit.

First visit today at Stretched Glasgow and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Amy was fantastic she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and explained each stretch clearly as she went along. After just one session, the pain in my neck has gone. My whole body feels lighter, and I already notice a huge improvement in my movement. I’ll definitely be back!

My experience was ten ten banging Jamie was first class, he made me feel very comfortable and was very clued up on a things forthcoming and explained everything as we went in a very social manner , front door staff very welcoming, the sauna was brilliant, my first infra sauna, I totally underestimated the cold baths omg !! , but overall I felt great and slept like a baby last night ❤️

The sauna was great as always, but I thought that the water in the baths seemed a bit dirty. The beginner bath water especially seemed very cloudy and smelly, and there was a dead fly or 2 floating in it.

Staff are all very friendly and welcoming, stretch was amazing and relaxed and refreshed after using the contrast therapy sauna and ice bath! Would recommend 😊

Stretching was excellent. Would be good to let new users of the sauna and ice baths know that no towels are provided - it don’t cross my mind until I needed one 😁

This is my third visit and I am sure there will be many more. I chose to combine my stretch with a session of contrast therapy so I got to chill out in the sauna after my stretch. I felt very relaxed when I left. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should give this place a try.

The ice bath and saunas are excellent! The saunas did seem to trip off with about 15mins of the booking to go and wasn't fixed by the time we left, also they really need to get some sort of mats down in the changing areas. Those tiles are extremely slippy when wet! Especially when coming out the shower

First time doing combination therapy and left feeling relaxed and energised. Staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There are three plunge pools with different temperature. The ‘warmest’ is 7 degrees and the coldest is 3 degrees. I only went in the 7 degree one and it was pretty cold but managed to get in without too much grimacing and when I was in I got used to it quite quickly. Was very nice to be able to go straight into the sauna after, which was clean, well lit and a perfect temperature to sit in for a good while without feeling too hot.

First time visiting and do not think it will be the last. The therapist was very knowledgable and attentive to my needs throughout the treatment, making sure I remained pain free. Enjoyed being able to attend as a couple and after the stretch enjoyed the contrast sauna and plunge therapy together. Lovely experience

I feel rejuvenated Looser More relaxed, mentally as well as physically. An improved me. The stretching was phenomenal and felt totally relaxed in the therapist's hands. The sauna / plunge pool was a great addition to an already great treatment. I will make this a part of my self help routine. Thank you

Rebecca was very friendly and professional, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire session. She explained each stretch clearly and I could really feel the benefits afterwards. I’ll definitely be returning for another session and would highly recommend.

Robyn focused on all of the problem areas I had highlighted and was attentive throughout the session. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, particularly as this was my first assisted-stretch appointment. The session felt thorough and tailored to my needs. I will definitely return to continue working on my mobility and experience the longer-term benefits.

This was my first Stretched experience and Mitchie made me feel so comfortable. I have a hip injury and she always checked I wasn’t in pain while stretching that area. She explained everything she was doing and even gave me some stretches to try at home. I left feeling so relaxed. Would highly recommend Stretched and Mitchie!

My first visit to, Stretched Glasgow and it definitely was, from ''Head to Toe'' I had Niamh for my session, she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is excellent at her job, easy to talk with and she took time to explain everything that was happening and also listened to why I was there and my needs. I will be booking again with Niamh to follow up. Downstairs in the cold pools and sauna was a great way to end. All staff I met where great and the environment was very chilled and relaxed. Thank you!
