Just needed to say that I am super thankful for my last two sessions with Andrew. I had a really painful stiff wrist from trying to fit in as much hair styling practice as possible before I launch and I ended up overdoing it. Andrew was able to explain what was causing the pain, advise me on what to do going forward and the sessions helped significantly in improving the pain. I am so grateful to have access to such support at the start of my career and more importantly Andrew, thanks for creating a safe space. Best of luck in everything.

I had the best experience ever ! A lot of my clients and colleagues have visited unwind and all I hear is raving about how amazing meral is . I was not prepared for how relaxing and revived I’d feel ! I wanted to just stay and nap 😂. The vibes were amazing and I felt I could open up instantly! I highly recommend! Been coming to Unwind for a couple months known after having some health struggles and this helps me relax and carve time out for just me and destress and take a load off! A welcoming and calm enviroment and i always end up yapping her ear off (soz) , highly recommend!

What can i say booked the nigjht before next day appointment, steven is top class my kind of guy, cant tell you the knowledge and expertise is fantastic, just cant put it into words knowing im on the road to recovery means everything, them being there to support me is great, john and steven are probably the best two in the business, thank you for helping me back to my full fitness cheers john maclean
