I just got my brows and lashes done by Sarah, I’m obsessed! She always makes sure you’re happy with the final outcome before leaving. She also explained to me retinal use with waxing so we tweezed them instead! Thank you!!!!

This was my first waxing experience and Steph was a dream! She made sure I was comfortable (as comfortable as you can be getting waxed), kept me calm, and did such a great job. The studio itself is lovely and aesthetically pleasing, and all the staff are wonderful. I will recommend Flourish to everyone and am so happy I went here for my first experience - this will be my only skin studio from here on out!

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.
