Keri has such a great, calm energy which is so nice if I ever have any piercing nerves, and I love how clear she is with how the piercing is done and what is needed for aftercare. Can't recommend her enough!!

I went in because I lost one of my piercings, I have no idea how. And I had an appointment to get it re-pierced because I thought it closed. I was super nervous, but Keri was quick to explain the procedure and how things were going to go to get my piercing re-stretched, and my anxiety went away immediately. She gave me the best recommendation and I never thought I'd ever get my ears pierced but now I want to do it!
