This was my first haircut here in toronto as a tourist. I felt very comfortable and at ease with my hair stylist, I enjoyed the small talk and overall atmosphere. If I visit toronto again I would definitely come back here as this was an amazing experience. Thanks to Fionnuala for making me feel comfortable and taking care of me.

Always leave here feeling and looking great! Had full head balayage, blowout and trim, the color is fantastic! But.. when I showed my inspo photos, I was asked “have you actually seen real people in the street with this color”. I was also asked “why” when saying I wanted to remove gold/brass from my hair. I asked for waves for the blowout, was told it would be 15 mins extra/+$$$, which I said I willing to pay. But was made to seem timing was short, so i did blow out. After the blowout she offered trim my hair, an extra 15 mins/$$$. Felt like I was on someone else’s agenda and preference.

Karly is the best at what she does. My highlights last for months and look really natural. Her prices are super fair. She is also on time,( I have never had to wait more than 5 min) She is very personable and has the gift of gab in a good way!

Obsessed is an understatement!! Just got the best haircut, scalp massage, and blowout - and I’m not exaggerating when I say the whole experience was 10/10.
