The actual appointment was great - no complaints at all. Nice place, friendly staff, cute dog. The weird thing is, I got a shellac manicure and four days later four of my nails have chipped polish. I haven’t done anything different so I don’t know why this happened. Hopefully it was just the polish that maybe was off. I enjoyed my experience though.

Julie is the best! She is an artist with nail design and takes time and care to do the manicures. The salon is so beautiful, clean and modern and everyone there is so sweet. I’m always offered tea or coffee and the staff there make you feel comfortable and pampered!

I go to Jade on Danforth regularly for eyebrow threading. They're one of the only salons that do this - and they do it perfectly! The atmosphere inside is also so much nicer than most places, and no harsh chemical smells. I also told them about my favourite colour of nail polish that I've been looking for for ages, but has been discontinued in Canada. And they offered to order it for me!

The women at Jade are all wonderful. I go there for eyebrow threading and pedicure's and they do a wonderful job. The only thing I would ask is that they expand their selection of gel colours. They have a lot, but nothing that I really really love

I’d wear a sweater next time if seated near the door since it was a bit cold, but that’s minor. I love my manicure and fresh gel extensions—short, square, plain black. Perfect shape, clean work, no mistakes. The projector with shows and movies across the wall adds a luxurious, relaxing feel. Just missing the coffee ☕️ I’ll definitely be back! 💅✨
