Had a signature back massage with Elllie which I would highly recommend. Ellie sorted out my tight neck and shoulder issues due to tension. Ellie really focused on the knots. Will definitely be booking again

Olivia listened to me regarding which areas to work on. I especially liked the part when I was on my back having sides of neck done from different angle. Nice touch also being sat up and handed the water. Easier to get up!

Such an amazing, calming experience. I had the Japanese head spa, and the room was calm, relaxing, the lady (Sam) was really nice, and couldn't do any more than she did! I would highly recommend, and already sending the link to my friends to recommend the treatment. My head, scalp and hair just feel so nice and soft as well. First time at Chill Beauty and I will definitely be back! Booked for facial with Hannah and she was amazing. Made me feel at ease, talked me through procedure as it was new to me and answered any questions I had. Best ever neck and shoulder massage while face mask was on. Left feeling fantastic! Was complimented by friends how fresh and clear my skin looked!

I had a pregnancy massage and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I was made to feel very comfortable and there was no rush for me to get myself onto the table or get ready. The experience was very tailored to myself and I felt so relaxed the whole way through, so much so that I’m considering going back for another one next week if the baby doesn’t come!

I went in with a lot of back pain and tension, and the difference after my massage was incredible. Catherine really listened to my areas of concern and worked carefully on the spots that were causing me the most discomfort. By the end of the session, the pain I’d been dealing with was significantly reduced — honestly the best I’ve felt in a long time.

This is my 5th visit to Gaynor. I originally went after my lower back had been bad for 3 months and within 2 weeks of my first visit the pain and the flexibility of my movement increased dramatically. Have since booked monthly visits in which are helping so much. Gaynor is very welcoming and very professional, would highly recommend 👌

My skin felt lovely and nourished after my facial and my massage was divine! I expected to feel some improvement with my back pain, but I was impressed that much of my mid back and rib pain decreased significantly. My low back is still a mess, but it's been 2 years that I've had extreme mid and low back pain. Reducing that has been very beneficial and couldn't have come at better timing. I'm definitely looking forward to my next massage with Gaynor!

The massage was amazing as always , with the perfect amount of pressure. It focused on both relaxation and muscle tension relief, especially around my neck and shoulders as requested . The new salon is beautiful, warm and inviting with a lovely calm atmosphere :)
