I had an amazing experience at this massage salon. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, Agata was very professional, and the massage itself was incredible. Absolutely fantastic, I went into the massage room with my upper back and shoulders full of knots and aches. After a superb massage session with Michaela all my aches and knots had disappeared. It feels brilliant, so relaxing, thank you very much Michaela 😊 xx.

Had a signature back massage with Elllie which I would highly recommend. Ellie sorted out my tight neck and shoulder issues due to tension. Ellie really focused on the knots. Will definitely be booking again

Booked a last minute appointment for a back massage as I had been in pain all weekend. I honestly couldn’t recommend Nicki enough, she as so lovely and well educated in what she knew and has eased my back pain just after one session. I will defo be booking again.

Once again Michaela has excelled herself, I had a back neck and shoulders. It's not until Michaela has given you a massage and worked her magic and all the tension has gone that you realise has much tension you had. I felt absolutely fantastic 👏 afterwards. Amazing place . Such a relaxing zen den . The massage was incredible . Lots of lovely little touches like getting to take a herbal tea to enjoy and adding on hot stones to the treatment. Will be back at the end of next term.

Olivia listened to me regarding which areas to work on. I especially liked the part when I was on my back having sides of neck done from different angle. Nice touch also being sat up and handed the water. Easier to get up!

I went in with a lot of back pain and tension, and the difference after my massage was incredible. Catherine really listened to my areas of concern and worked carefully on the spots that were causing me the most discomfort. By the end of the session, the pain I’d been dealing with was significantly reduced — honestly the best I’ve felt in a long time.

This is my 5th visit to Gaynor. I originally went after my lower back had been bad for 3 months and within 2 weeks of my first visit the pain and the flexibility of my movement increased dramatically. Have since booked monthly visits in which are helping so much. Gaynor is very welcoming and very professional, would highly recommend 👌

My skin felt lovely and nourished after my facial and my massage was divine! I expected to feel some improvement with my back pain, but I was impressed that much of my mid back and rib pain decreased significantly. My low back is still a mess, but it's been 2 years that I've had extreme mid and low back pain. Reducing that has been very beneficial and couldn't have come at better timing. I'm definitely looking forward to my next massage with Gaynor!
