Had a Japanese head spa with Poppy and it was just amazing. She carefully analysed my scalp first then gave me a tailored massage after - it was so relaxing! I I’ll definitely be back! 🧖

Absolutely AMAZING 😍Feel like a new women, and my scalp and hair feel incredible. The shine on my hair right now is ridiculous! 100% recommended, I have booked to go back in the new year! Rachel was so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and had a lovely calming and friendly demeanor. Can't wait for January! Thank you again, very much needed me time, and you did not disappoint! ❤️

Had an absolutely lovely time with Jess. It was my first time getting any sort of beauty treatment done, and she made it so easy, fun and comfortable. She’s super friendly and just a joy to be around. Had a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow tint done and the results are stunning. Will definitely come back for more treatments in the future! I can’t recommend it enough xx

As always it’s a pleasure to see Poppy - it’s like going to see a friend and I’m always sad to leave. She has a feather touch so if you feel pain having treatments please do try Poppy as she has perfected not only a solution to erase pain but her feather touch means you don’t even know she has done anything!! Micro blading/combination brows . Expected it to hurt but amazing and pain free. Jessica explained what was happening at every stage. Very pleased with the results.

I can’t recommend Poppy highly enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything, putting you at ease with any treatment. You feel confident and reassured from start to finish. She will guide you honestly on what will give you the best outcome, offering advice that’s tailored to you and what you want to achieve. She’s also unbelievably gentle — I’ve nicknamed her “Feather Fingers” because her touch is so light and careful, yet always precise and professional. Jess always does the most beautiful lashes whenever I go! She really listens to what sort of extensions you would like and designs them personally for you. Always happy for a chat or a quiet appointment if that is your preference. Never feel rushed but as someone who struggles to lie down for a long time, I also really appreciate that she is a time efficient lash tech and I'm not there for 2 or 3 hours!

Jess was fabulous as always. After a long break due to having a baby I went back after 2 years today, she had all my notes on my brow shape, preferred tone and how quickly my brows take on the tint. My lashes are as always fab. Beautifully laid out and exactly the mix of classic and Russians to get the look I was hoping to achieve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her :-)
