Lucy was absolutely wonderful — so kind, caring, and incredibly patient. I’m not great with pain, but she made me feel completely comfortable and never once made me feel like I was being difficult. Lucy was very informative from the outset. Explaining every step of the process, answering any questions I had and showing pictures of her previous work. After my first round of laser I instantly had amazing results with very little redness after.

I booked a block of sessions for the Emsella Chair to strengthen my pelvic floor. Kelly was very welcoming and super friendly, she explained the treatment and what to expect. After we talked through any contraindications Kelly started the chair. The feeling was like a light flicking and tapping sensation, no pain whatsoever. I felt very relaxed afterwards. I’m looking forward to the next treatment.

I am now around 5/6 slimyonik sessions and 2 endymed contour so far. Amy made me feel at ease and the knowledge she has is also very beneficial. After the first 5 sessions I felt my legs had slimmed and my body shape has changed. I look forward to seeing the end result. Would Definately recommend Amy and Kelly for treatments and will always use again.

I live in Maidstone and although there are clinics nearer, I am prepared to travel to this one as I really like the service provided. Love my appointments with Amanda. She really makes you feel at ease and even while she is zapping away you feel relaxed. Such a lovely clean and professional clinic. I have been so impressed with my laser hair removal. Already seeing amazing results and still a few more sessions to complete. Wish i hadn’t waited so long to get it done. I will definitely be booking more treatments.

Dolly did my microdermabrasion, she was lovely, a great job! Salon can be quite noisy when busy especially Saturdays and other staff walked in and out of treatment room during my session, this could be unusual though? Hope so. Other than that I had a good experience.
