I have to say that was one of Thee best massages I’ve ever had. I swear Catey has magic hands and finds spots that you didn’t even realise was causing carnage in your body. I had the back , neck, face and scalp massage and will definitely be booking it again with Wonder Woman herself. Love love love 💕

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Really enjoyed the pressure and how beautifully she was able to identify the points where I had muscle tension and released them. Highly recommended and definitely coming back ♥️

Great experience at the Boilerhouse head spa. Andrew put me at ease straight away and was very knowledgeable. The premises are beautiful and really add to the overall atmosphere. The treatment itself was excellent — very relaxing and well done. Would definitely recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. A beautiful, healing experience on every level. Highly recommended.

I had a 2 hour top to toe massage today again with Caty. After weeks of stress while grieving for my late dad, I decided to book in the day before his funeral and I'm so pleased that i did. Caty provides the best way in which we can have some self care time and everyone these days has so much stress in their lives. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal. I had the top to toe massage, and I feel like I've just been born. Such a quality service in my own home, which makes relaxing after such chilled treatment that bit easier. I dont thi k there's a part of me that hasn't had the aches and tension melted away. 100% will be a repeat customer and will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Can't wait for the next one !

I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. Elena was so welcoming, making you feel at ease from the second you walk in. I had a Swedish massage and Indian head massage and could feel the benefits straight away. Elena regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing as well as providing useful aftercare tips. It was my first time visiting and I will definitely be booking again!

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision. Trust me when I say you need to come to Nicola for a massage! You won’t regret it. She truly is the sanctuary in the city. Thank you! 💗
