She is professional, knowledgable, generally just lovely and understanding and fantastic at her craft. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for massage now as she takes genuine care of her clients. I have to say that was one of Thee best massages I’ve ever had. I swear Catey has magic hands and finds spots that you didn’t even realise was causing carnage in your body. I had the back , neck, face and scalp massage and will definitely be booking it again with Wonder Woman herself. Love love love 💕

I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. A beautiful, healing experience on every level. Highly recommended.

Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I got a long massage starting with my legs. I have numerous small troubles over my body and this stretching, turning massage made me feel the hole of my body in a new way. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. I had a hot stones all over body masage that my daughter bought me as a present for mothers day couldn't have wished for a better massage it was amazing I suffer with lower back stiffness and after my massage it felt like I had a new back definitely helped free my back up I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a massage it was that good I didn't want to leave and I will definitely be back for future massages thankyou Catey

Absolutely beautiful experience, the space Sam has created here and the services she offers are incredible. I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular! I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

A very much needed massage, Catey was really lovely very welcoming. The massage was really great, the right level of pressure and lots of knots removed. I felt lighter when leaving. Cant wait to book again for my next. Would highly recommend and be buying some gift vouchers for family to.

Another fantastic massage from Ellie! After a long hard working week my body was out of alignment and my ongoing pain with bulging discs was getting worse. Elena was so welcoming, making you feel at ease from the second you walk in. I had a Swedish massage and Indian head massage and could feel the benefits straight away. Elena regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing as well as providing useful aftercare tips. It was my first time visiting and I will definitely be booking again!

Elena was absolutely amazing, it was my first time here. I have suffered pain to my shoulder blades, back and neck - came for the deep tissue massage and it was the best thing i’ve done! I can already feel a difference in my body. Give me some great advice also on ways to continue to ease it myself at home.
